I called Bjorn to discuss the installation of a replacement ceiling fan. He advised me to contact him when the fan arrived to book the install. I did but he didn't bother to reply. Very unprofessional in my opinion, which makes me doubt the validity of these "glowing" reviews.

Can data cabling be run without cutting into walls?
Most of the time, yes. Cable is run through the roof space and down into wall cavities wherever possible, so there’s minimal cutting and patching needed.
Is this the same as fixing a WiFi problem?
Not always. A wired connection solves dropouts and speed issues that WiFi sometimes can’t, but if the issue is really a router or NBN problem, that’s worth ruling out first.
How many data points does a typical home need?
Depends on the household. A home office, a couple of smart TVs, and a gaming setup usually means three or four points, though it varies from home to home.
Can data cabling be run to a granny flat or shed?
Yes, as long as there’s a clear path to run the cable from the main house.
Does this need to be booked in with an electrician specifically, or is any cabler fine?
It’s worth checking that whoever’s doing it is properly licensed for the work. On Electrical handles it as part of the regular electrical scope.
